First Quarter- The Admirals won the toss, elected to receive, and the Barcelona Dragons elected to defend the North goal. The game was played indoors with the stadium roof open, and it was very hot inside.
The Amsterdam Admirals at 15:00 started on a drive which ended in a punt.
The Barcelona Dragons at 9:29 on 1-10 from their own 29 ran Lawrence Phillips over right tackle to the 33 for 4 yards. 2-6 from the 33 Phillips over left tackle ran to the 32 for -1 yard. 3-7 from the 32 Todd Bouman passed to A.Johnson for 10 yards to the 42 and a 1st. 1-10 from the 42 Phillips ran over right guard to the Admirals 13 for 45 yards and a 1st. The drive ended in an INT.

Amsterdam scored a TD and it was Phillips turn again.

Barcelona Dragons at 4:30 on 1-10 from the 43 ran Phillips over left end to the Admirals 44 for 13 yards. 1-10 from the 44 the Dragons were penalized 5 yards for Delay of Game. 1-15 from the 49 Phillips ran up the middle to the 49 for no gain. This drive was also stalled out by an INT.

Amsterdam Admirals at 2:24 on 1-10 form the Barcelona 43 Gonzalez passed incomplete to Kidd. On 2-10 from the 43 Joe Aska ran up the middle to the 36 for 7 yards. The drive stalled and ended in a punt.

Second Quarter- On 3-1 from the Admirals 40 Phillips ran up the middle for no gain. 4-1 Bouman up the middle to the 39 for 1 yard and the 1st down. On 2-10 from the 18 Phillips ran over right tackle to the 19 for -1 yard. 3-11 from the Admirals 19 Bouman was sacked at the 23 for -4 and a big fight. The fight ended in a 10 yard gain for Barcelona. 1-10 from the Admirals 13 Phillips ran over right end to the 8 for 5 yards. 2-5 Phillips ran right to the 8 for no gain. 2-10 after a false start penalty Phillips ran over left tackle for 13 yards and a TOUCHDOWN.

Amsterdam Admirals at 2:54 1-10 on their own 27 Gonzalez passed to WR Jason Shelley to the 43 for 16 yards. Shelley helped the Cowboy's beat the Raiders a couple years back in pre-season. 1-10 from the 48 Gonzalez compleated a pass to Joe Aska resulting in a 12 yard gain. On the next drive Joe Aska ran up the middle for 15 yards on 2-10 to the Barcelona 13. The Admirals scored 3 points on a field goal.

Barcelona Dragons at 0:17 1-10 from their 36 Bouman passed to Phillips for 7 yards.

Half Time

Third Quarter- Barcelona Dragons 1-10 from the 21 Phillips ran over left end for 3 yards. From the 24 Phillips ran righ to the Barcelona 27 for 3 yards. Phillips ran to the 27 for 3 yards. 3-7 Jones penalized 5 yards for Illegal Contact. 2-10 from the 32 Phillips ran up the middle to the 29 for -3 yards. 3-13 the Bouman pass was incomplete. J.Kirksey penalized15 yards for Roughing the Passer. 1-10 from the 44 Bouman pass incomplete to Phillips. 2-10 from the 44 Phillips up the middle to 46 for 2 yards. The drive stalled and ended with a punt.

On 2-10 from the Admirals 39 Joe Aska ran over right end to the 42 for 3 yards. This drive ended with a punt.

On 2-10 from his 33 Bouman passed to B.Finneran for 67 yards and a TOUCHDOWN.

1-10 from the Barcelona 33 Joe Aska ran up the middle to the 30 for 3 yards. 2-8 from the 30 Gonzalez passed to Douglass for 30 yards and a TOUCHDOWN.

1-10 Bouman pass intended for Davis is INTERCEPTED by R.Jackson at the Amsterdam 29. Jackson returned to the Barcelona 24 for 27 return yards and nailed by Lawrence Phillips

Amsterdam tried, but punted again.

On 3-1 from the Barcelona 29 Phillips ran up the middle to the 27 for -2 yards.

Fourth Quarter- Barcelona Dragon punted.

Amsterdam Admirals at 14:50 1-10 from the Admirals 14 Aska ran over right tackle to the 23 for 9 yards. On 2-1 from the 23 Gonzalez passed to Aska for 5 yards to the 28. 1-10 Aska ran up the middle to the 32 for 4 yards. The drive ended with a punt.

Barcelona Dragons at 11:40 1-10 fron the Barcelona 19 Phillips ran over right tackle to the 25 for 6 yards. 2-4 Phillips ran left to the 27 for 2 yards. 3-2 Bouman ran up the middle to for 1 yard. Punt... punt... punt.

On 3-10 from the Barceloma 41 Gonzalez passed to Aska for 8 yards. Punt.

Todd Bouman passed to B.Finneran for 17 and TOUCHDOWN.

Barcelona Dragons at 2:04 1-10 from their 24 Todd Bouman passed to Brian Finneran to the 10 for 66 yards.
